SUBMITTING ORDERS & STOCK
TRADE
Simply send the order electronically or by fax (+44 (0)118 947 1605) or by post. For new accounts, we will call you for final ordering, payment and delivery details. We will only accept trade orders from bone-fide retailers and/or companies purchasing for corporate or business use. Evidence of trading status will be required before an order is accepted or processed.
RETAIL
Select items required into cart, continue to checkout and follow the on-screen instructions. On receiving a payment request, payment can be via PayPal Express Checkout or directly to us by credit/debit card over the phone (not American Express or Diners Club) or by cheque/BACS transfer. We endeavour to hold stocks of every model. However, seasonal fluctuations and trade order supplies can occasionally result in an item being temporarily out of stock. In such an event, we will contact you as soon as possible to suggest an alternative model.
This site complies with English legislation and in no circumstances can GTP guarantee compliance with your own local legislation if you are accessing the site from another region or country. The contents of this site do not represent an offer to enter into a contract with GTP who reserve the right to refuse to enter into a contract with any person who places an order with us.
Where requested to do so, GTP give estimated delivery dates for any products that are out of stock; delivery dates are not guaranteed and time is not of the essence unless specifically agreed in writing and/or acknowledged by both parties to be of the essence at the time of placing of an order.
